Food and bar were excellent! Appreciated the late hours for serving. Front desk staff was friendly. My only complaint is was that my room temperature was too cold and I couldn’t adjust the heat. The only option was turning off the unit. Otherwise, great stay!

Well maintained, clean facilities… wish the bar/restaurant stayed open longer and that room service could be ordered online as opposed to the landline.

Poor service
The room was noisy
The guests next door kept their TV on at full volume all night, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, a terrible experience.
Highly disappointed with the housekeeping. Instead of giving me fresh sheets, the maid picked the dirty bedsheet up off the floor and put it back on the bed. Extremely unhygienic for a hotel listed on Hotels.com. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

Canopy will always be my favorite staycation. The staff, the service and the rooms. This time my AC in my room wasn’t putting out cold air and I also got a hearing impaired room which wasn’t request. But I didn’t complain because I knew I wasn’t going to be there that much. But my everything was good as usual
