Hi Chicago river

The only thing that I don’t like about club quarters and I’ve stayed here probably 10 times is the lack of a mini fridge. Location is top notch and rooms are always clean and I like the little Nespresso coffee maker

Very satisfied.

The location is perfect. The size of the room and bathroom was enough. The front staff was very helping and welcoming. If you are a light sleeper, the noises of the street might disturbing you but it is well isolated. Really recommended!

Small room and very very small the size of the bathroom.
The housekeeper knocked on the door by 8:30 A.M. and she was asked to return latter but she never came back and the room was not cleaned until we checked out.

River Hotel-Chicago

River Hotel was good. Got the smallest room and it was a little more cramped than anticipated and there were a few things that were missed. For instance there was only one bedside table. Room for two pieces of carry-on luggage was a challenge, but they were kind to bring a suitcase stand when requested. They are very accomodation g and helpful at check-in. Kept our bags are we were too early to check-in. I would stay again....but would consider one room size larger. Location is great...if you really want to be at the river.

Rooms are not clean .. AC does not get cold at all.. like if its controlled by staff.. requested it many times to get checked and failed to attend to my need.. I mightvas
