One of the biggest surprises was the pool and spa area. The pool is absolutely incredible—beautiful, relaxing, and unlike what you typically find in a city hotel. Even the locker rooms feel luxurious, with excellent amenities and a high-end spa atmosphere. It really adds another level to the experience.
The location is also hard to beat. You’re right in the heart of Chicago, within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk, Michigan Avenue, restaurants, shopping, and many of the city’s biggest attractions.
Whatever your opinion may be of the Trump name, try taking the name out of the equation when considering this hotel. Judge it simply on the property, location, rooms, amenities, and service. On those merits, it’s an exceptional luxury hotel and one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Chicago. We would absolutely stay here again.
