Amazing staff, clean, comfy, but the elevator situation was not great and on the weekend was quite noisy until 2am. It’s the entertainment district after all, but maybe ask for an interior room if you want peace, the soundproofing leaves something to be desired.

Honestly, the selection of restaurants used to be incredible. No fault of the establishment, the flats are just deserted again. Walking distance to everything. I would totally stay again.

Nice stay despite mishap with our room at check-in

We booked this hotel for a last minute overnight to Cleveland with the kids. We used Marriott points to book it. We had confirmation of a room with 2 queen beds (for a family of 4). We arrived around 11pm after making the drive there and were told at check-in that they didn’t have any rooms with 2 beds left. The person at check in left to see what they could do for us and we were looking up other hotels because we figured we would have to stay elsewhere. When they returned, they said there was a “mix-up” with their system but they have 1 more 2 queen bed room left (thankfully). Upon initially booking, we requested a room on the lowest level possible (due to medical reasons). We are loyal Marriott customers and these requests are almost always honored for us. Considering we were lucky to get the last room they had, it was on the second highest floor which isn’t what we wanted. That being said- it was only for one night so we made it work. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of Port Cleveland, lighthouses, cruise ship and Lake Erie. Only real complaint was one of the room darkening shade buttons was busted so it was stuck in one spot and let in a lot of light once morning came. They have a little breakfast nook in the lobby where you can get breakfast sandwiches. They were pretty good! We just paid to do the valet parking because it seemed easier. It’s kind of strange set-up…one set of elevators from the street level up to the hotel lobby and then more elevators from lobby to the room. Nice location not far from the Flats as well as not far from Browns stadium, science center, rock and roll hall of fame etc. Would recommend.

Super clean room. Staff was very friendly, offered a map of the city to explore. Connected to a covered garage which was very convenient when we were leaving and it was storming. Great food options.

The hotel has cool attributes. Its location is nice, but no way to get across the river to the West Flat without driving. Nice that there are a couple resturants and a gym attached to the hotel, but no cafe, or dining room in the hotel for breakfast, room service, etc. We tried to go check out the gym, but it had stairs so my wheelchair couldnt go in!
The staff were amazing! The valet & front desk especially. We arrived at 3:15 for 3pm check in and waited for it to be ready around 5:00. They were very appologetic. Kristy esp was super helpful. Worst issue is accessibility. Besides the gym, the room had multiple issues! I could not reach the sink. The faucets are on top of the high curved faucet...almost totally out of reach. The counter has the ability to get my wheelchair under, but then it is so high, i felt like a 3yr old trying to wash! To brush my teeth, i had to stand to rinse, but then still couldnt reach the sink to spit without actually leaning/laying on the sink to reach the small round sink so far back!
The shower was a nightmare! It was roll in, fine, but the soap, shampoo and conditioner is up high you cant reach. The fauucet is up too high also. I sat on the shower bench and after 2 min, it dropped some! I thought it was breaking and i was falling! It was just settling somehow.
Even the magazines/books were in a rack on the wall so high, my daughter had to stretch to get them down for me. The fridge is too low to reach into. Someone in a wheelchair need to fix i
