1 Star — Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience
We stayed at this hotel expecting a normal, comfortable overnight stay, but the experience was completely unacceptable.
Our first room had a very strong odor that smelled like drugs/chemicals, and the smell was strong enough that it made my children feel sick. We immediately contacted the hotel and were moved to a different room.
Unfortunately, the second room had a strong mold-like odor. We reported that as well, but the hotel told us there were no other rooms available. At that point, we had no reasonable alternative and stayed in the room.
Things got even worse overnight. Another family was arguing loudly until approximately 2 a.m., making it impossible for us to get a reasonable night’s sleep. We ultimately left the hotel at approximately 3 a.m., in the middle of the night, because we could not reasonably stay there.
What is especially disappointing is how this has been handled afterward. It has now been two weeks, and we have repeatedly tried to resolve the situation through Expedia. Expedia has contacted the hotel manager several times regarding our requested refund. I also personally spoke with the hotel manager, explained everything that happened, and was told I would receive a call back by the end of the day. That call never came.
We paid for a hotel stay and ultimately had to leave at 3 a.m. without getting a reasonable night’s sleep. We are still waiting for a full refund.
I would strongly recommend that management take the concerns about room odors, cleanliness, noise, and customer service seriously. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The staff was not really helpful they told us breakfast at 6:30 and nothing else. Every time we were in the lobby no one was there for us to ask a question. Bathroom made all kind of noises no exhaust fan and the walk in shower left puddles on the outside. Breakfast had a variety and the women was very helpful if we needed something.

Our room was clean and spacious, but there were two issues. The toilet seat was loose, and the sink drain was partially clogged. The breakfast was average at best. The scrambled eggs were unimaginative and looked like they had been recycled from a previous dish. The only redeeming quality was the oatmeal. They needed a waffle maker; they only had a pancake maker.
