A little run down, but it did the job. Close to where we needed to be, great location.

Disgusting and abominable. Don’t stay here.

Disgusting. The service is awful, employees are rude and walk around in bikinis on the job. Our room was quite literally broken into with a crowbar before our stay and you could see into the room from outside. There’s an external deadbolt so you can’t even lock it from the inside. I feel like I need to shower in bleach after leaving. Never stay here.

The suite was clean, but some things were missed or neglected. While at the vanity, I noticed cobwebs between the vanity lights. The shower needed maintenance, since the faucet leaked, and the waterfaucet handle was loose and sloppy. I only noticed after I was in the shower that the wall mounted shampoo and body wash were empty, and there was no bar soap anywhere as a backup.
Upon checkout, there was no one at the desk to convey the issues to, and when you called the phone number noted at the desk, the person who answered was not friendly. She said the desk is closed on Sunday (no notices or signs said they were closed), and didn't seem to care about the empty dispenser note. Just hung up the phone without acknowledgement.
The customer service seemed to be lacking, and the property is starting to show its wear.

This hotel is nothing like the website. Very dirty and old. In fact because it was closest to my daughter I continued my stay and purchased cleaning product to make it more liveable. After cleaning for 2 hours I felt more comfortable and I must admit the bed was the best part.

The gym lacked dumbbells and weights; it was basically empty of equipment—only treadmills were available.
