we paid for the room with a jacuzzi tub. We got to out room, tv was very dark and had random spots on the screen. Jacuzzi tub had buttons missing and caulking was missing around the tub. The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. Lobby smelled like a sewage leak. Went to the front desk and they offered a different room but not with the upgraded king bed and jacuzzi tub and no refund was offered. Stayed in our room that night but went to a different hotel the next night.

This place is a roach motel with bed bugs. Don't let any review tell you otherwise. Some automated corporate AI system is about to respond to this saying they take any complaints like this seriously lol, but they know, and every staff member here knows, it is a roach motel.
So stay here if you're looking to watch 10 roaches crawl on your wall and find dead ones in the fridge and bathroom.
Also, it stinks. I'm assuming it's decades of mold and cigarette smell baked deeply into the carpet that hasnt been cleaned in years, no other explanation for the stench.
And here comes the fake corporate response, behold!

The pictures do not accurately represent the actual room. The room was not clean, the carpet was heavily worn, and the mattresses had dark stains. The mirrors and glass surfaces were covered with smudges and fingerprints. Even the room lock worked inconsistently.
I do feel bad for the front desk employee, who tried her best to help, but the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel need serious improvement. Even the glass doors in the main lobby were so dirty that you could barely see through them.
Unfortunately, we will not stay at this hotel again.

No bar so that's a lie need to be taken off website false advertising. Pool was super dirty for days with hair, trash , towels ,and eyebrows everywhere.

Roaches, weed, and racial slurs
This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Horrific racial slurs etched on the elevator doors, roaches in the bathroom, terrible breakfast that wasn’t edible, no sheets or bedding for the pull out couch, the pool looked more green than blue, and the entire hotel smells like weed. I can’t believe this place is still operating.
