5 Star + Hotel Colorado

Huge shoutout to Kalee at the The Elizabeth Hotel for truly exceptional A+ hospitality and service. As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador guest, I’ve stayed at many outstanding properties, but this overnight stay was absolutely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Colorado.
From the moment I checked in, Kalee went above and beyond; professional, welcoming, polished, and genuinely committed to creating a memorable stay. The surprise suite upgrade was spectacular and turned a simple overnight into an incredible experience. The suite was elegant, spacious, beautifully designed, and reflected everything luxury hospitality should be.
The Elizabeth itself is a phenomenal property, sophisticated yet warm, with an amazing music-inspired atmosphere throughout the hotel. The attached live music venue adds an entirely unique energy and makes the experience even more special. Between the ambiance, service, accommodations, and downtown Fort Collins location, this hotel stands out as one of Colorado’s finest.
Thank you again, Kalee, for delivering true five-star hospitality. Experiences like this are why guests remain loyal to Marriott Bonvoy and return again and again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fort Collins.

Really fun and beautiful hotel with great on-site restaurants and cocktail lounge. Go to the 5th floor sunset lounge for a nice cocktail or mocktail and watch the sun go down from the terrace. I highly recommend the terrace/balcony rooms in 2nd floor as well!

The room and restaurant were neat and staff were very polite. The coffee in the morning outside the elevator was great! The only one thing to improve was the cleanliness of the 2nd floor terrace and the outside paved area around the hotel main entrance. The terrace tables and floor were filthy on Saturday morning.

Super Accommodating & Helpful! Stay here.

We took a chance, as we didn’t book in advance. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us for two nights in a handicap room on the spot. Our concierge - Debbie, provided impeccable service!! Besides finding us a great room that accommodated our needs, she was super kind and helpful. She even offered a house wheelchair for us to use off premises. So incredibly thoughtful. Service like this is rare and hard to find. This experience was refreshing.

Wonderful!

Spent two nights while in town for our daughter’s wedding and the staff was very helpful. While Debbie checked us in she made sure we had everything we needed.
