Not a terrible experience by any means, but the scented detergent used to clean the bedding is incredibly difficult to breathe around and sleep in. Literally makes my skin crawl. I'm baffled people still use this stuff for public purposes.

Room didn't feel very clean. The fridge was on the floor definitely as an after-thought. If you're looking for a 1 night stay and nothing else is available in Gunnison I'd say choose this, otherwise look elsewhere, camping at Hartman Rocks would have felt better. On a positive note though the staff is very friendly.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful. The lobby area is very comfortable.

Staff was great! Place is more on the older side but the rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable!
