Great First Impression

My first time staying at this Marriott property, and I must say Nico definitely set the tone with the level of helpfulness and informativeness! Although, I didn’t end up valeting, he did work my vehicle into the valet lane to allow me to easily and comfortably load/unload while I checked in and gathered a lay of the land. I had to take a moment to highlight the gentleman for his customer service and wanted to verbalize my gratitude!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Houston, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding valet team. Nico and Santel went above and beyond with their hospitality from the moment we arrived. They were always warm, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile every time we came and went. Their professionalism, friendly attitudes, and willingness to help made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. It’s employees like Nico and Santel who make a lasting impression and elevate the overall hotel experience. Thank you both for your excellent service we look forward to staying here again!

Great Hospitality

They have a Zutro restaurant at the ground floor, The staff is very approachable and friendly and they accommodated my vegetarian dietary requirements.
I’d like to thank Mr.Saikat and Ms.Lucy for a great dining experience.

Exceptional Service

Nico, Robert, and Santel were exceptionally good. Great service and very respectful. Anytime I’m in Houston I’ll most definitely be at the Le Meridien.
