I booked five rooms for my leadership retreat, and the experience was outstanding! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our meeting room was clean, well-prepared, and exactly what we needed for a successful retreat. The hotel is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, making meals convenient and enjoyable. I look forward to returning again soon!

If you enjoy sleep don't stay here
If you like sleep do not come here! We stayed Friday to Sunday. Not exaggerating when I say my room was shaking and the music was pumping until 2am! The hotel for some odd reason puts a gigantic speaker outside playing club music AND there is a club next door. They offered us ear plugs and the room had a white noise machine that didn't work. I asked for a new one and never got it. Their response to the music was "your young" I'm young! I need to get up at 5 am every day while I'm here. Now let's talk security. One morning we were down in lobby getting coffee. There was a mentally ill homeless woman who was barefoot with filthy feet helping herself to coffee. She was trying to talk to me and my 15 year old. The security person did NOTHING. The homeless are everywhere because the hotel is next to the Metro.
Let's talk rooms. We had 3 people in a tiny room that had a full size bed and a bunk bed for my daughter. Tiny tiny room with no storage. We knew the set up but had no idea it was so small. Getting an Uber you need to walk to the corner because cars can't come to front of hotel. Annoying but not annoying the end of the world. Our experience was terrible due to lack of sleep and small quarters. Would not recommend for a family

First off this staff here AMAZING!!! I have to personally shout out Alani. Very polite very friendly and very understanding to a situation that happened with my airport, I was flying from Canada to Houston. The hotel is a hidden GEM. I highly recommend anyone staying here and a drink when you first walk in?!?!? Can’t complain. I would definetly stay here again next year! Just WOW. To the entire staff at moxy. Thank you for making my trip to Houston awesome! Please give them ALL a raise!!!

Location is the only bad review for this hotel. It's hard to find and parking is not included and it's very expensive. Not too mention the homeless people all around, i know that the hotel can't control that bit bad location.
