Rooms were clean...easily accessible. Great location with plenty of shopping and food access.

Staff were very friendly. No complaints there. The lobby was clean and inviting.
I booked this place because of Dog friendly Hotel, but the grass was high, plus weeds.
The “dog area” had trash in it ( beer bottles/fast food bags) plus dog poop from owners not cleaning up after there pets.
Disappointed with outside appearance.
When taking the dogs outside, we walked them down the stairwell, out the side door.
It was very common to walk out into cigarette smoke or pot.
The last day we were there, a guest or guests on our floor, were smoking marijuana. The smell was lingering in the hallway and stairway.
Hot tub was out of service.
(Not a deal breaker, things happen)
Room was clean. Several things were damaged or scattered up. I did notify front desk and took pictures after i checked in.

Hotel is showing it's age. The parking lot was full of various sizes of rocks and tree limbs. The room was spacious but not very clean. The bathroom mirror was dirty, the bathroom floor had dirt stuck the floor, door has peeling paint on the back, some substance that was near the door handle that needed lysol to be removed, lights was out near the sofa, and microwave was not hooked up. Breakfast was a good variety, but the juice machine was broken.

3 families stayed here. We found it dirty and not well maintained. We were very disappointed. The bathroom was not cleaned well. A big wad of gum in the carpet and carpet fraying in room 100. The pool felt very slimy and dirty on the concrete area around the pool. I d9 have to say the first girl we encountered was very helpful at the front desk. The man working the breakfast area was great! Even with those pluses, I will not book rooms here again.

The room was FILTHY! Not a thing was clean. Hair everywhere, dried toothpaste in the tub! No hot water. We slept on top of the covers!
