Excellent service and food
Beautiful hotel. Had Saturday brunch with my family. We had great service and the food was excellent. Looking forward to coming back and having dinner and doing their afternoon tea they have on Sunday.

A bit dated, a few maintenance issues, small gym
SAFETY: elevator keypads did not work, allowing anyone up to any floor. ROOM CONDITION: shower head sprayed everywhere and when turning to hot, caused a loud and strong vibration both in the shower head and shower itself. No laundry bag in the room. Temperature was freezing, 65°, when I first entered the room and housekeeping left the AC extremely cold (set temperature on AC always showed much higher than the actual room temperature). CLEANLINESS: sofa starting to get noticeable stains. Room corridor hallway have a musty smell with noticeable dripping condensation from the AC vents. ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING: only three available spaces, not even enough during the lowest slowest month of the year, imagine what it would be like during busy Orlando tourists times. SUITE: very spacious and definitely a nice upgrade although I probably only got it because the hotel seemed extremely empty. Overall to me the hotel is starting to look a little dated. GYM: small and not very well equipped, especially compared to any standard Marriott or Hilton property. Next time I'll probably pay half the price and just stay at one of the new Budget Hotels.

Amazing hotel
Wow, wow, and wow again!
We arrived at this hotel completely last minute after shortening our stay at another hotel that had really disappointed us. Coming here completely changed our experience and honestly felt like the best possible compensation.
Everything was absolutely wonderful — the service was kind, welcoming, and attentive; the hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and smells amazing. Our room was just as impressive, with every amenity you could possibly think of — and even some things you wouldn’t expect! The shower was spacious, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed.
We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was nothing short of perfect. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our personal needs, including preparing a vegan dish for one of us.
We highly recommend this hotel! We are genuinely sad to leave, and if we ever return to Orlando, there is absolutely no doubt that we will stay here again. ❤️

My family and I love staying at the Ette Hotel. We love the luxury feel and the amenities. The continental breakfast was a bit lacking this last stay (cold coffees & not as many choices to choose from), but we still had an amazing stay and the staff were quick to serve us some hot coffee when we asked. Will definitely be returning.

Check in was very smooth and the overall atmosphere from when you pull up to the lobby to the room feels luxe and thoughtful. The room amenities were good quality. The towels and sheets were very nice and my husband noted how nice the whole hotel smelled. I appreciated the noon check out time so we could enjoy a quiet morning.
