Great Staff !

This is a beautiful hotel and it was amazing. Clean & spacious rooms that we enjoyed but by far the best part was Jahmysha ! She was so kind, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, personable and great customer service! She told us good information on places to go and made us feel very welcomed. She should get a raise! Also Ricky has wonderful as well with the Element Miami Brickell. Wanted to highlight them & let you all know that we will be back & will tell all that we know to come stay here!

Upon check in we were told there was a $35 "resort fee", but that included $17 that you could use either at the bar or for breakfast. We passed on getting drinks, but planned to use it for breakfast. We were surprised to find that breakfast was $25/person, so passed and wasted the $17 credit. Had we known, we would've used the $17 to by a drink the night before. Seems like a bait/switch and not a perk at all.

One of my favorite hotels in Brickell located right in the heart of Miami, the rooms are new and spacious , something that always stands out with the AC brand. I loved the pool , swimming at night with a view of Brickell is just amazing. They have a 24/7 snack area and a lounge zone with sofas where you can eat and have a drink while looking out at the skyline. Hillary and Melissa provided exceptional service 10/10 , they were attentive throughout my entire stay and handled every request , this kind of service is what turns a visit into a 5 star experience, thank you Guys will be back Soon

Staff was not helpful at all. They gave me the wrong room when I requested to keep the same room I had when I reserved my queen room. Now they’re trying to overcharge my card so no I won’t be visiting that one again.
