The great thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. It’s an old building and has not been updated for a while now. Poor electrical outlets, no maid service. Toilet seat was not bolted down and the room was very small. Second floor room and has no elevator which makes walking the very small and tall steps difficult for someone carrying luggage. Staff was very nice but asked twice for the room to be cleaned and it never happened. Overall it was an acceptable stay but it could be much improved.

this location is close to the beach .There is no elevator in this building so it was very difficult lugging stuff fot 4 people staying one week up 3 floors.there is a spot to load and off load your car but there was always someone parked there and staff dont care to tell them to move i asked the desk staff to please ask the person parked there to move he responded they might not move because sometimes staff parks there .Seriously! knowing its only one spot to load and off load .we had to park down the street so imagine after bringing all our luggage down with 2 little ones down 3 stories with was like 6 trips we then had to make the same amount of trips down the street .and staff watched on with no apologies and unbothered.The room we stayed in was clean but the shower not so much.The location of the building is pretty close to Ocean drive which was nice but be careful coming into the building late few night we saw some "transaction" go down .That was my honest review of this place. Also was happy not to see any roaches.

Great little place. Location was amazing. I loved how spacious the rooms were, and how they were decorated. The building itself is older but they do a good job with cleaning, and keeping it in decent shape. We were able to get early check in, and they held our luggage until room was ready so we could go to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel had no elevator. Awesome location but needed a more thorough cleaning. Beds were also not comfortable.
