Good Location. Walkable distance to Bayfront Park/Bayside Marketplace, can close to bridges to cruise terminal and South Beach.
Room is clean with modern furniture and fully equipped kitchenette.

We stayed for the pool but they rented it out to a college so we paying guest was told sorry for your loss can’t swim since we rented it out lol

great location. Nice pool.
Room is kind of small than expected. Staffs are not really friendly. Sitting and rest area in the lobby is really crowded during the check in/ out time.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I was charged a late check out fee when I was told it was complimentary when I asked if I can check out at noon the night prior and a drunk guy at the jacuzzi was telling my 12 year old niece to get with an 8 year old that was also at the jacuzzi. I've been calling since Sunday to get a manager to call me back regarding a refund and it's Thursday today and have not received a call.

They couldn't find my reservation and said that it was under my friend's name instead. Told me to contact hotel.com after an hour later they found my reservation.
