Water leaking into tub from hole in ceiling. Stay anywhere but here!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!! Checked in the front lobby around 11:30pm on 3/28/26fro. a Hotwire booking. Front desk had a doorbell to push which took a few minutes for someone to arrive. Lobby was dirty with cereal spilled all over the floor. Was told "No Breakfast" as they were waiting on new machines. Disappointed but continued to room 124 because it was late. Garage cans by the ice machine were overfilled with garbage without lids. WORST DECISION EVER!!
Room 124 qas a nightmare!! Red stains on the side of the mattress. Hold in the ceiling above the shower. Tub wet from water leak. Red string holding shower head onto shower. Food and other stains on the walls that looked like poo. Only 1 light of the two on each side of thr bed worked. Phone taped together.
We walked out and continued driving another couple hours closer to Detroit.

The room didn't seem very clean. Bed sham had stains on it. Also it posts free breakfast but it is only on the weekends. We had a smashed mirror in our room. Hotel needs some updates. Bathroom sink faucet wasn't tightened to the sink. Staff was very helpful. Also the hotel had people hanging out of the second story and throwing things down to people on the ground floor. No screens on those windows.

I knew I wasnt getting a 5 star hotel experience but the only perk is that there were no bugs. The floor was sticky, there was a burn mark in the carpet from the iron falling flat on the floor, there were mysterious hairs in the sink and shower, and the chair in the room was so dirty it had black stains on it. I didn't go anywhere near that chair. I went to the front desk to ask for a pen because I needed to write something and the guy had his shoes off with his bare feet up on the countertop. Don't stay here unless you are desperate.

This was obviously housing people did not feel comfortable here, wouldn’t have stayed if I would have been travelling alone. The booking said continental breakfast but we were informed it was only on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Would not book this hotel again.

There was no smoke alarm in room. They replaced it but we were woke up in the middle of the night with the alarm chirping. The toilet was running, the safety lock was broke, no blankets, refrigerator not turned on and ready to go. The ad mentioned a continental breakfast which we were told there was no breakfast because of the hotel changing owners. Before the safety lock was fixed, they wanted us to move to another room that had no smoke detector. There were homeless men seen hanging outside on 2 occasions. The hotel was unclean. There was a electrical outlet with no cover. The fire extinguisher boxes were not locked and one had the glass broke. We talked to the front desk staff about our complaints and wanting to get a night comped because of all these problems but kept being told the man to deal with it was not there after being told he would be there at that time twice. Over all a very bad experience and very incompetent hotel staff.
