The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep.

DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES! BEWARE!

I booked a room a week in advance and due to a change in my schedule, attempted to cancel the reservation 5 days prior to the booking. I called the customer service number for cancelling reservations line 4 times over 3 days and no one picked up. It sounded like a disconnected or non-operative number with no message provided. This hotel's management is operating a scam that doesn't allow you to change/cancel reservations. Along with all the other horrible reviews this chain gets for reliability and cleanliness, I would strongly advise people to avoid the OYO chain at all costs. Let the Buyer Beware!

When booking, the hotel did not provide a confirmation email, only a confirmation text. The text did not contain the date of the stay, making tracking the paper trail difficult.
I called the hotel directly and the manager there was not authorized to cancel a future reservation, only book a new one.
I called reservation number to talk to someone associated with the chain who could cancel or rebook the reservation and the reservation representative was not authorized to cancel reservations, only book new ones. Meaning they were happy to take your money, but made it impossible to cancel a reservation and provide a refund.

This is so rundown, no housekeeping, no actual towels for showers, refrigerator in room didn't work nor did the elevator

Everything was fine but there where no towels in the bathroom to dry off after you shower
