Amazing front desk, easy, smooth check-in. Great breakfast options if you are in a rush with kids. We got to stay on the first floor by the front office and it was not noisy at all. Very quiet, even being off the highway. No complaints at all very clean.

I was never made aware they would actually take cash from your credit card instead of doing an authorization. It takes 10 days to get your money. I have never heard of this policy and the attendant lied about the policy being on line. I would never stay there again or another quality inn. The shower was broke. Paint pealing. Dirty. Don't stay here.

Busy in the city, must have had numerous events ongoing. Hotel was quiet and well maintained. Our room needed weather striping around the door, as you could see daylight around the door frame. Hot water was plenty and water pressure was great. Hot breakfast each morning was nice. We would definitely stay there again! Rwlativelly close to food options the event we came to attend.

This hotel wasn’t in the best shape. And the ice machine didn’t work. It was in what seemed to be a bad neighborhood. I was charged $100 deposit per room & only got back $85 per room from where my daughter in law & I had our hair dyed several days before & got pink dye from getting out of the shower. The best most wonderful towels don’t cost $15 each much less these tattered things that I could bye at goodwill for $1. It was no better than a trap house & I had to pay $30 for 2 towels. I could have ran to WM & paid less for 10 towels!!

Room was really good but property itself could definitely use some maintenance and upgrades. But great value for the money. Good nights sleep!!
