Our room was beautiful and CLEAN. Love the design of the bathroom- down to the fabulous fixtures. Cleaning staff was so friendly as well as the valet staff. Would definitely return. Thank you for perfection!

Stay Away!!!!

Do not stay here! My nephew got married last weekend so we booked several rooms. My sister also had the after wedding party in the roof top bar. We made sure not to arrive until 4:30 (definitely not arriving before check in per their comment to book the day ahead if you think you might be early). We were met by the most rude Concierge who asked me to wait a minute while she ducked into a side room. Our rooms, including the one for my 88 year old father, weren’t ready until close to 5:45pm. Next, when I checked my bank acct. I noticed they charged me $977.00 times two for “the room hold”! Even though the rooms were paid for! Also… the roof top was beautiful BUT the food service and food were an extreme let down! They dribbled out food only when we kept asking ! The dessert was also lack luster for the crazy price ! The only positive experience is the coffee and Server in the restaurant was really nice!

World Cup hangover?

I've stayed here several times over the past couple of years as it's one of the better hotels in the area. I've left positive reviews before but this trip seems a bit lackluster.
On check-in, I noticed the chair to the desk was missing...no big deal...
But then I noticed the nightstand outlets weren't working so I investigated. The nightstand's power cable wasn't plugged in. It wasn't easy getting it in because the outlet opening could barely accommodate the size of the plug so I had to use a hanger to hammer it in but I eventually was able to get it plugged.
When I went to shower...the body wash was missing. I had 2 body cream bottles instead. Ugh, went out and bought my own anyway.
This hotel has generally been good to me and I figured it's probably the World Cup hangover and the room was hastily cleaned and rearranged or something.

Hotel better than the staff

Mixed feelings about this one. On the plus side, the hotel is quite new with fresh, modern rooms, and it’s reasonably priced. They also have a fantastic rooftop with genuinely good pizza.
Unfortunately the service really let it down. The restaurant staff seemed more interested in their phones than the guests — it took 30 minutes to get two coffees and a juice, and when it finally arrived they’d forgotten one of the coffees while the other was lukewarm. The day before, we waited almost 30 minutes just to be seated, even though the restaurant was nearly empty.
It was also disappointing that we weren’t informed in advance that both the rooftop and the fitness area would be closed all weekend for a private event.
Overall, a good hotel that needs new staff.
