Thoroughly Enjoyed our Stay

My family and I stayed several nights at Tru By Hilton, it is in a central location in Mt Pleasant, and specifically, close to Mt Pleasant Town Center. We liked the fact that in our room, the furniture was on the modern side…there were no drawers, only an upper and lower shelf that would allow for a suitcase to be stowed on the lower shelf and other items or another suitcase on the upper shelf. Breakfast was good, and fairly healthy…we loved the pancake maker, they were not messy like the waffle makers in most hotels. There were puzzles and games in the lobby, even a pool table. Every employee was friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.

The rooms were clean. The staff were wonderful. I like staying in this area of Mount Pleasant it’s safe and close to 526.

I've stayed here before. I like the location and cleanliness. The computer system was down when we arrived so we had to wait it out to check in.

They concierge was funny and helpful when we checked in. We only stayed for a night, so not a lot of services used. The location was accessible and easy to navigate. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The main thing for me is the bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good. (It is very hard to find a really clean hotel these days) so I was happy with that. The parking was pretty easy.
We didn’t eat breakfast because we were in a hurry but it looked good and like they had multiple options.

Great location on the outskirts of Charleston. Quiet location away from the traffic and it was an easy drive all around the area. Clean room and the staff provided water bottles and snacks as needed.
