I am not a fan of the beds in Hampton Inns but otherwise the stay was excellent. The only reason I did not give five stars is because only one elevator was working and it was easier to just take the stairs up four floors then wait for the one working elevator.

Well first and foremost Larry and the young lady (didn’t catch her name) working the desk were pretty good, friendly, and courteous. Matt not so much. After driving all day and night it took a bit of reserve to not dish back the same nonchalant unconcerned attitude I received. The room I received was dirty, there were bugs and mosquitoes, the tub was dirty and stained, and the toilet stopped up multiple times. I had to call maintenance twice. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. And we got to be awakened multiple times by someone’s freaking barking dog every morning (my fault for not recognizing pets were alllwed). Also our room “cleaning” consisted of making the bed with the same sheets and more towels. There was garbage left in the room after they “cleaned.” Breakfast was usual nothing spectacular about it. Overall, this is by far one of the worst properties I’ve stayed in considering the brand and the price I paid. I will not choose this property if I decide to visit again

2 night stay for concert and fireworks. Great property, free warm breakfast, free and plenty of well lit parking, room was clean and well maintained everything worked as it should. Ubers were always close by and inexpensive. Well priced for a last minute trip on a holiday weekend. Would stay here again.

Perfect location, budget friendly place! Will be back.

Great location! We found public parking and beach access at 72nd Avenue ($3/hr = reasonable and convenient). Close to the convention center which is why we were there.
The pool and hot tub were great- mom and kids had an enjoyable time. Our room was fabulous. Two queen suite was spacious and the wet bar was super convenient for preparing quick sandwiches and microwave items for a quick family dinner.
Free breakfast was a hit even with my picky eaters! My kids won’t eat eggs to save their lives at home but somehow they gobbled up the eggs every day at the hotel.
Service was great, the man who worked the breakfast area and the ladies at the front desk, and housekeepers were helpful and friendly.
Our room was close to the elevator and it wasn’t silent but it wasn’t unbearable or anything consistent.

I’ve stayed here several times and has always been great. This time the staff and amenities were great, but had a bed bug. The staff did upgrade my stay though.
