I stayed here for one night room was very comfortable clean. The staff was friendly courteous definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a decent hotel with good price.

Roaches, dirty, and The General Manager from hell
I am a heart attack survivor if 7 months. I am also in heart failure. I sought out this property as my primary residence after becoming unemployed and disabled. I was in search of peace and solitude in order to recover but what I found was hell instead. I paid for a week. I asked the General Manager several times to fix my TV. She never did. Instead a few days later she knocks on my door for a room inspection. I dont mind bcuz I think myself to be a clean and organized person. While she was there I pointed out the TV once again, and I also pointed out my meds and emphasized the fact that I needed rest. She walked away mid sentence. A few days later she gave me a notice stating that my room was too cluttered and my service animal is a health and safety violation. When I confronted her about it, she shooed me away like a fly, proceeded to tell me if I didn't like it to check out. She also called the Sheriff and had me trespassed in the middle of the day. I explained that I have physical limitations. I can only lift 10 pounds. She told The Sheriff to tell me if I wasn't gone in 1 hour she would withhold my refund, and security deposit. She prioritized room inspections and my service animal over my health and safety, and risked my life to do so. If you are disabled, or the family of a disabled person, this is not a welcoming place. Also the tub was extremely dirty, there are small roaches, the housekeeper cleaned the room next door and swept the trash in front of my door and left it there. And after several days the TV still never got fixed. STAY AWAY from this property. Your privacy will be invaded if you stay long term. They will enter your room without warning whether you are present or not....WEEKLY

Overall a terrible experience. When we arrived our room had a non working Refrigerator so we were moved to an “upgraded” room that was exactly the same but dirtier and the ac was noisy in it. We spent a couple hours waiting on the staff to check other rooms out before we just decided to settle with the noisy ac room. The only upside was the lady working the front desk did do all she could to try to fix the situation except offer a discount for the inconvenience. Lots of people living here full time. Lots of those hanging out on sidewalks/ balconies. WiFi was awful and the smell of marijuana was plentiful

The first room was disgusting. Bugs, stained/unclean sheets and dirty mattress. After transferring to a second room it was the same situation. We were finally transferred to a third room and it was safe to sleep in at first woke up to roaches. Staff were very helpful and delightful. Never stay here unless you like dirty sheets to sleep in and “friends” to take home with you.

The first room we were assigned to didn't have working lights or smoke detector, there wasn't a TV remote and there are no room amenities such as a coffee maker, it's not really a hotel it's basically a place we're homeless people can rent for a low weekly rate, we chose it for the location to the parks but next time id rather pay more and drive a bit further to get a decent room, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, there's a lot of shady people who live on property and it didn't feel safe
