The air conditioning works great, it was very hot during my stay in Philly. The location was the best thing, near all the sites in Center City.

The room was very clean and cozy. The beds are a bit firm, but after sightseeing all day its a wonderful place to rest your head. When we did have an issue with the shower not draining, they promptly handled it. Metro is right outside the building and minutes from walking to great landmarks. Would recommend to stay here and will stay again when visiting Philly!

First I want to say the hotel is dated. The room was clean. The air conditioning did not work and getting help is not available because no one answers the phone number provided or text back so we had to use a fan and couldn’t open the windows on 70-80 degrees days. That was really my only complaint. The shower floor did look a little suspicious but we showered is flip flops. And I have stayed at other SONDER hotels in Philly that were AWESOME this one I will never stay at again

Great location for getting around. Right near a popular night club and lots of people up all night. They provided a sound machine which was nice. Our room had no A/C or any circulation. We contacted the building and they were not able to help at all. They were supposed to contact us about getting a fan and it never happened. We went through Expedia and also made a complaint. The shower barely worked as well and some of the light sockets didn’t work.

There was a problem with the AC on the property and they moved me to another location! I appreciated how helpful they were in helping me to organize this, and the new apartment I stayed in was excellent
