Really enjoyed my stay only really sleep there got in late and left early so really didn’t get to enjoy the hotel but will stay again easy access to highway and fun

Run!!!

Absolutely terrible!!! Was down here due to a Mayo appointment and stayed a week and a half. The staff refused to clean the room and refused to give us clean linens and towels. The toilet was plugged upon arrival and I had to borrow a plunger to prevent a back up. No maintenance! Tv died and took 3 days to get another remote. Final straw was a 3 foot snake in the room. We relocated after that ! No remorse or concerns from staff !!! Avoid at all costs

Toilet didn't flush.
3 phone calls to inform them.
Told at checkout there was no maintenance available.
No body wash or shampoo in the shower.
Told housekeeping would come by.
As far as I know housekeeping never fixed issue.
Upon checkout I was told they came by. I was there all afternoon waiting to shower.and didn't hear a peep at my door.
Wi-Fi login provided didn't exist.
Room clean.vending machine stocked. Thats about it.

First room, 117, had filthy floors and dying AC (86 degrees and never got cooler). Was switched to another room, 107. Much cooler with comfortable bed. However, I discovered too late (my bad for not looking) that there were no towels and had to dry off with the bath mat. Water only got lukewarm. This place used to do happy hour and serve warm breakfast. Those days are gone.

It'd be great if the breakfast came with eggs and sausage. There was an employee who did not brew the coffee well during our stay. She said it would be ready once it brews and that it would take 2 min. Hot water was the only thing that came out of the machine after waiting a while. We couldn't wait.
