The staff was very professional, nice and super helpful. The rooms were clean and updated. There were plenty of onsite parking that cost less than other surrounding hotels. It was super convenient and walking distance to most of our destination. I would definitely come back to this hotel the next time were are in town.

Stayed during a concert so understandably the hotel was loud and crowded however it would be nice to (still) be treated as a valued guest.

I'd like to start by saying,we stay in hotels about 4 to 5 days a month. This hotel wasnt as described. The rooms were dirty, the shampoo, and body washed in the shower were empty. The mini fridge had leaked n ruined the cabinet it was sitting in. They never repaired or replaced the cabinet. It looked like something was written in the ice tray area
Sheets bad blue stains on them, my guess laundry detergent.
We paid 30.00 a night plus tax for parking. Expected how we we couldn't get out of the parking lot. When I went to the front desk I had to wait 20 mins to speak with an attendant bc at first it was just her checking ppl in. The manager said oh you don't know what he doing. I said yes we do , the machine says we owe 100.00 to her out of the lot. She said well you don't so your wrong. I said then plz walk out n show us. Nope she put another bar code on our card n sent us out. Was rude to say the least.
Shuttle service was on the website. No shuttle service, no arm machine. Pool was dirty, hot tub didn't work. Homeless people laying on couches in the entry of hotel. Yes other guess told us to watch out for the homeless. The man who works at night seemed efficient, he stopped ppl from walking past the desk if they weren't guest. Helped us with a few questions. However this hotel needs a new manager and some better customer service.
I have more but we enjoyed our weekend outside the hotel.

Meh…

Had a mediocre experience at the Cambria Downtown, Pittsburgh, this August while in town for a wedding.
The most positive aspect was convenience of parking. There was a ton on site, located right out the back door. Pricing was good compared to other center city experiences at only 30.00/night. The room was clean enough with a comfortable, clean bed. The air-conditioning worked fine for August. Location was ok, only a short walk to the city center. Solid gym for a hotel or this size.
There were certainly some negatives. The room could use a makeover. Holes in walls and slices in the rug. No soap was in the shower dispenser and it took forever for the hot water to come on. We had to request fresh towels for a 5 night stay. They need to empty the large ashtrays outside of the front door. It smelled like death when we were waiting for our Uber. I got in the pool once and got out quickly when I saw the dirt and trash on the bottom. It hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There’s not a lot of attention to detail at this property.
There is a restaurant and bar onsite with very limited selection. I wish they had hot coffee in the lobby in the morning as there weren’t a lot of food options close. There is a keurg in the room, but housekeeping only provided decaf.
The front desk staff was polite.
Would I stay here in a pinch in the future? Maybe…. Would I look for a different hotel when I return to Pittsburgh? Absolutely.

Check in took a while, but there was a long line. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location was excellent. Only complaints were the shampoo container in the shower was completely empty, and the refrigerator leaked. Would stay again.
