Great hotel at great location

Fantastic hotel at great location. Rate i's very good. Staffs are amazing. Restaurant staffs are very cooperative. Underground parking and 5bmin away metro i's additional features of this hotel

This is a peaceful haven that is 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Even though this very large property was fully booked, it was quiet and we slept well in the very comfortable/clean room. Amazing breakfast buffet with attentive staff-- definitely pay ahead of time when you are booking a room to get a discount. There's also a nice cafe with coffee, drinks, food and snacks if you need a breakfast sandwich to go. All of the staff was cheerful and friendly, even the guys repainting a conference room went out of their way to say hello with big smiles! All of the facilities were in great condition, very clean and updated/stylish, with many small touches that made our stay easier and more comfortable. Terrific value in every way (especially since parking is free), and we will be returning. We highly recommend this hotel!

My complaint is the pillows didn’t matter how many u had they go flat like to the mattress so it was literally like having none
Also the shower had zero pressure I get they don’t want to put in good shower heads but come on for the price of the room you can give people way better shower heads
Other that that it was a great place to stay

Great staff, clean rooms, property is well maintained. Great place to stay for a family with indoor/outdoor pool and breakfast buffet.
