Over all the hotel was great. The staff was excellent.. Only issue was that most of the outlets in the room did not work.

Front desk never picked up calls.
I was assigned to a disability room when I made no such request on my reservation.
I did not have a good experience staying at the hotel.

If you drive and park, go ahead and do the valet option. I know it’s pricey, but they take great care of the car, and 24 hr in and out privileges.

The staff at the Omni was absolutely exceptional. From the parking valet team, to the front desk, to the maintenance guys who were up to talk sports and share restaurant recommendations - everyone was incredibly good at their job while also being fun and personable. This is on top of the convenience of the location downtown. I will definitely return.

Lovely hotel! Super convenient location. Clean and well appointed rooms. Staff was excellent! Thanks Andy for the dining recommendation for Track 15. We had a great time in Providence and can’t wait to visit again in the future:)
