Disappointed

Very disappointed with this hotel I spent over 400 for2nights and one day the pool was good the breakfast was disappointing and had to wait for pool towels the elevator was dirty the halls weren’t vacuumed in 3 days That we stayed there , there were crumbs behind our door and the weight room was nothing special and there were trash and dust behind beds like it wasn’t clean in months very disappointed I will never stay again and don’t recommend this place it was close to shopping

Arrived @6pm room wasn’t ready had to wait 15 mins for them to clean. Bed linens were dirty on one bed, they changed. Ran out of coffee, creamer & food b4 9am, did not replenish

Great stay!

The room was clean, Frank. The manager was very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and complementary. I will definitely be returning.

No one ever came into our room during our stay to clean up or anything. The room felt humid at times.
Not sure if it's just a quincident but once I check in and I swiped my card for the hold an hour later someone tried using it to purchase something online. Big pro about the hotel it's right next to many jobs you can walk to. Z
