Just a simply AMAZING staff of people! The front desk, housecleaning staff and everyone here does an amazing job! The room was very clean, complimentary breakfast & lite dinner items well all very fresh and tasty! I stayed here for three weeks while visiting Mayo Clinic and if ever back in Rochester I will definitely stay here again. Located across 2nd Street from St. Marys Hospital and the Mayo Clinic St. Mary Campus, this location is an easy walk or wheelchair distance to great dining and coffee shop spots. Attached underground parking is a great perk! Right now (June and July) 2nd Street is closed for a building project but the hotel is still accessible. Walking and driving around this side of St. Marys Campus might be a bit frustrating for some visitors but it should be done by August or September.

We returned to this hidden gem to get continued medical treatment from Mayo. Even though we could have stayed elsewhere to be closer to the clinics we returned here due to the amazing staff, comfortable accommodations and in particular the front desk manager. He excelled at his position as did the entire staff. This is a wonderful place in all aspects. 5 stars

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE MATTESS and WORN OUT PILLOWS

Do not stay here! Rochester MN is full of much better hotels. You stay in a hotel for comfort and proximity to Mayo Clinic. The staff is nice and convenience is good to St Mary’s. However, you need rest at night. Impossible at this hotel due to very worn out mattress, very worn out lumpy, uncomfortable pillows, and poor air conditioning. We did ask to move to another room but the bed and pillows in the new room were also worn out. Breakfast area was not clean, floor was full of spilled food, and food was highly processed and poor quality. Like we said , staff was nice but they have no control over mattresses and pillows and replacement thereof. We did not sleep for four nights! And we were exhausted and needed to. Also, the towel bar kept coming off and needed replacing.

We will look into the pillows and beds, the beds at the Suites were replaced within these past couple years also will have them look into the air conditioning units in the rooms. We hope all is well.

We rented the two bedroom suite, it was so spacious. Good breakfast, warm pool and warm pool area. Nice location!

Our King Suite was very inviting. I enjoyed the stay. My significant other said the pool could have been cleaned.
