Upon arrival I thought Doubletree gave water and cookies, we were not offered either. The room was clean, the balcony was not maintained, the door opened but I don't think they wanted you out on the balcony. The jacuzzi had a few chipping tiles and quite a bit of sand in it. Over all it was a good trip.

I’m usually a huge fan of doubletree hotels, however this location is not well maintained. The room needs to be rehabilitated. The ceiling in the room looks like some sort of water damage occurred. The night stand top drawer would just randomly open which can be a safety hazard when getting out of bed. The bathroom had a stale mildew smell. The parking structure is very tight and narrow, not to mention they charge $33 per night, like it’s a Vegas resort. Lastly, even the free cookies were lackluster. They were cold! I’m not returning to this location.

The room was clean and modern but you can tell that it is a bit dated. The pool was nice with a fire pit, Both close at 10. There is plenty of outside seating though. The inside of the hotel is very clean and smells lovely. The nightmare is the parking structure and the single elevator in the parking structure that is soooooo slow. But that is all. No real complaints, It is local to shopping and restaurants.

Great room good size very clean all the time they came to attend every needs had whatever you needed soap towels sheets pillows they had it. It was just overall great experience

40 cents…. All for what?

Older, blonde front desk agent was just simply rude.
I requested two bottles of water and she immediately asked me in a very rude manner for my room number.
She then in turn asked me if I had received water at check in and I said yes.
She then again, rudely informed me that water is complimentary at check in only and that I would have to step next door and buy water.
Ok, I get it, she is following her management’s directions.
But, did she really have to rudely go out of her way to embarrass me in front of the other agent and the guest that was checking in…?
Is the less than 40 cents the two bottles of water costs worth embarrassing a long time and loyal Hilton Honors guest…?
Much less this one Star rating on TripAdvisor?
There is a wrong way and a better way to tell a guest no.
