Check in was very easy. Room was clean and a/c easy to work. Nice using the umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach.

The resort was clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful

This is a recently rehabbed “motel” that has transformed itself into a high-end beachfront resort in a very nice part of Sarasota. The restaurant on the eighth floor of the new tower is outstanding, and has spectacular views up and down the Gulf Coast. Highly recommended.

Rooms are very clean. The only issue was the pool that it should be more clean. They should clean the pool every day. The bottom of the pool was dirty.

The resort is wonderful close to St. Armand's circle and the amenities and staff were great! I would definitely go back and recommend staying there.
