Great Hampton Stay

Very well kept hotel. Room was very clean and well appointed. Nothing worn out. Well maintained and enough off of the road to help reduce noise

Service with a Smile

Had a wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn. Arrived early for wedding and was met with a smile at the front desk by Shanee. We were 4 hours before our checkin time and they were cleaning up after a wedding party the previous night. While no rooms were available Shanne offers us waters, access to wifi a place to sit and work and promised she would do everything to find us a room to get ready in. We waited no more than 15 minutes and she called us over and assigned us a room. We greatly appreciated her kindness and professionalism as the early check in allowed us to have lunch nearby with our family and still have time to get ready for the wedding. The hotel itself is newer with spacious rooms, bright and clean. As a 30 year Hilton Honors member i would highly recommend this hotel as the service made it special.

We had a 2 queen room booked to have two actual beds and were given a king with a pullout couch. We talked to the front desk about it and she shrugged and said she couldn’t do anything they didn’t have the room i booked available. No help to fix it or anything. Never even told it was a different type of room
