The embassy suites was in a great central location. Rooms were really nice size the evening happy hour and breakfast were both very nice features and the staff was helpful.

Room is large well maintained, quiiet, right in downtown area, breakfast is custom made to your order and free, breakfast room large comfortable and an actual restaurant., staff at every level friendly, welcoming and engaged.Only negative is $50 per nigfht for valet parking.

We enjoyed our stay. Michael was very helpful with the check in process. Friendly and informative. Only downfall - my husband didn’t realize when booking that it was valet only parking. If he had known that we wouldn’t have stayed there. I’m sure he just missed it when making the booking.

We stayed from Monday through Thursday. Unfortunately we were placed on the North side of the hotel where the garbage trucks come every morning at 5:30am to pick up. They are very noisy and woke up my family each morning, so I highly recommend trying to avoid the North side of the hotel if you can, especially floor 2. The staff was nice overall. Asked for a blanket for my son so he wouldn't be cold at night, it never came to the room. The morning breakfast was excellent. Amazing staff. Please note that there's no secure parking other than valet which is $52/night. The valet drivers do expect tips I'm pretty sure whenever they pull your car around. I think the hotel is due for modernization and updating too. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Small stains on all bedding. Bathroom and towels had hair on them from previous guests. Bar/restaurant staff so kind and helpful.
