The room was perfect. It had all the handicap accessible items available to us except the shower chair, but we always carry our own. The customer service people were friendly and right on top of everything. The only issue we had was the breakfast, it was sooo bad, but there were plenty of restaurants around us to solve that issue.

Bedding was comfortable and clean but the rest of the room needed more attention. Spider webs in corners. Toilet seat damaged. Milk from breakfast was not good. Juice machine broken, OJ was provided. Breakfast options were limited but the make your own waffles were good.

All of the staff I interacted with were very nice. The room was ok. The air conditioner was shut off when we got to our room and it took it a long time to cool off the room. There were stains on the ceiling and the curtains were tattered and needed to be replaced. The kitchen must be below the elevator or very near because it smelled liked tacos.

Do not stay here

This hotel was awful. We came in tired after 1 I'm the morning after driving all day. We were in room 222 on May 24th. I went to take a shower and there was pubic hair on the shower walls, different hair on the bathroom and different hair yet again on the shampoo they provided. The room was musty. And breakfast the next morning was just the low class waffle/ cereal breakfast that trappy hotels offer. I alerted the lady at the front desk, I didn't see her name tag but after I told her about the bathroom, to whick she absolutely did not care, I realized we were just gonna have to charge this one to the game. It was a loss. We left early the next morning. Won't be staying there again we'll go to the Holiday Inn Express next door if we come through Evansville again. When hotels are like this , usually it's because they have crappy management so no wonder the lady I spoke to showed no remorse for our experience. Also my husband's allergies were awful the next morning, which is usually only with pet dander specifically cat, the room probably wasn't cleaned after it was rented out to a cat owner.
