Beautiful boutique hotel

This was my second time staying at The Lloyd and it was fantastic! I was very impressed with the attention to detail, friendliness of the staff, and unexpected in-room amenities. It was nice to have a cozy robe, Nespresso coffees, Grace Farms teas, and a clothes steamer. There are premium Five Wits toiletries in the bathroom. What impressed me the most, however, was that the manager, Jesus, noticed the comment on my reservation that I would be celebrating my birthday. He wished me "happy birthday" when I arrived, and sent a balloon, fruit platter, and a basket of sweets with a lovely note to my room!
Two things that I greatly appreciated: The staff member who checked me in sent a few "how are things?" texts during my stay. There is also a QR code for tipping the housekeeping staff in the room. I am someone who rarely carries cash and often forget to leave a tip. The QR code makes it much easier.
This hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to many restaurants and a movie theater. Valet parking is available for a fee which was very helpful. The lounge, dining, area, and bar are cozy; there is a daily "happy hour" from 4-6pm. Overall, this was a great hotel to spend a birthday weekend. If I could give the experience higher than 5 stars, I would!

Well to be honest I was disappointed with the Loft Hotel Hilton
One of the main reasons the weather was well in the 90s and there was NO AC in the main lobby or lounge or breakfast and Bar area! When asked why at reception was told that the AC units were old and not working!
Unacceptable!
Every morning we had breakfast and would sweat to death not what I was expecting on my vacation!
We were paying $245 a night plus $37 for occupancy tax that’s $282 a night
I expected more from a Hilton Hotel for this price
The only good thing that made our vacation special was the staff always friendly ,a big shout out to Francy who served us breakfast every morning such a lovely lady who always was polite and had a smile on her face when we greeted her and apologized for no AC
So if you plan on staying at this hotel during the summer months you might want to call them ahead of time and see if they fixed the AC

Relaxing Stay

Great experience. The hotel is Chic, clean and has a calming vibe. The staff are very attentive, friendly and responsive to your needs. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly, property was pretty clean. The parking wasn’t that great. Valet parking is offered along with paid city parking in a shared public parking area.
No microphone in the room. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.
No complaints. It did what it needed to do.
