Very nice but we had problem checking in and the kitchen was not full stocked. The pool on the roof was great.

The worst experience of my life

Rent 2 apartments in 1 did not work the kitchen for 2 days we arrived and had to clean everything totally dirty, cockroaches, the sofa bed broken, in the other there was no heating tbien without cleaning we moved to another that had dirty sheets and towels and obvious the apartment also, I am infuriated, we were not given solutions EVER RENT HERE !!!!!! They're not gifted and they're a mess I rarely had such a bad experience

No help

We arrived our room and the entire floor smelt like marijuana. Apparently the neighbors were not adhering to the no smoking policy. I had my wife and two small children and was there for a business conference. Obviously, I could not leave them in that room the next few days so we called immediately and said we were leaving and why I was hoping to have some kind of sympathy from them and get some kind of credit back, but they basically said pound sand. Screw this company and their lack of give a piss for families. Zero hospitality

There is supposed to be a consierge....never saw one in all the time we were there. One of the TV's did not work.even though we notified ,amagement, noone showed up. I understand that is a business but, c'mon,,,,not even a box of tissues. Nothing to make a cup of coffee. I we didnt expect a gourmet breakfast, but always had coffee supplies prepared. The place is just cold and unfriendly. We wont be back.

I gave this property 'good' instead of 'okay' because the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The unit itself was just okay.
