The lobby tricks you , nice aesthetic when you go in .. the room not so much . It was plain, our bathroom looked like prison restroom ..prison chic , industrial chic? Idk

For the most part my stay was good as in the property was maintained, rooms were clean, and the location good.
Why it was just an ok stay is because of a couple of things.
First, the front desk is located in the bar area directly across from a stage where there was like an American Idol type event was happening. While this is fine, the music was so loud, you had to shout at the front desk and they had to shout back to give you information.
The elevators are terribly old and slow. At 11 pm, I waited with about 20 other people for 15 minutes for an elevator. I ended up leaving to get some water and hopefully let the crowd die down. When I came back 10 minutes later, many of the same people were still there.
Lastly, the AC in the room is pretty old and it sounded like I was sleeping next to an airplane.

Room is very small,especially the washroom. Sink is rusty, water is all over the floor when we were using it.

I called for late arrival BUT at around 10 pm the booked room for 2 was NOT available. They proposed a temporal one night stay. After our insisting and half an hour search they found a room for 2 MUCH WORSE then I booked and the same price.

The beginning of out stay was not great at all. It was 85 degrees in the room all night. My niece got up about 3am to shower. As she started to get in she noticed the shower was dirty, hair all in it. I got up to try and rinse the shower out. The tub does not drain.. I go downstairs to the reception desk to let them know of the issues.. went back up for an engineer to tell us the ac is new and it’s not the reason the whole floor is soaking wet. So while he was in the room I let him know about the shower. The sent a house keeper back to the room to clean. Well I took a video of myself having to clean the tub. That is not how I wanted my Birthday morning to start off.. they did move us rooms after having to complain multiple times.. I was told I would refunded for 2 nights but was only refunded for 1 night.. I don’t recommend staying here for the price and the $200 resort fee on top of taxes. Way to much for the outdated rooms..
