Poor

Disappointing hotel, the description does not correspond to the truth. The pool is non-existent. The breakfast included in the price and therefore paid for is not there.

No breakfast, no pool, dirty bath, no laundry machines, staff no smile and never at the front desk, no coffee, no coffee cups, dirty sheets, mattress have major debts
We are very disappointed for the price and they did not want to cancel our stay. We did 2,800 km from Canada and very disappointed

TV didn't work..pool didn't work...in room coffee didn't work..no lobby coffee....it was sturgis..so soft bed

No pool. No breakfast. No ice. Flies and bugs. Doors were broken and locks didn't work. Stains on the bed and couch. Attendant was wasted or stoned - asked questions and nothing. Worst stay hotel ever...Yuck.

Just about everything that could be wrong with this room and the front desk materialized. The room door cards didn’t work. The room refrigerator stopped working, and then restarted after plugging it into a different socket. There was no room service (even when we asked). The internet was intermittent and different staff gave us different passcodes. The shampoo in the shower wasn’t functional. The paint and plaster was peeling in the bathroom. The air conditioner was hard to figure out. And the staff was often unsmiling and even rude at times. We checked out a day early to find a better place, which we did.
