Title: Would Not Recommend – Serious Cleanliness and Safety Concerns

I would not recommend this property based on my recent experience. We had three rooms reserved for a business stay and chose this hotel expecting the level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism typically associated with the Marriott brand.
Unfortunately, the conditions fell far short. The hallways were dirty, with worn and stained carpeting. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor. The tile floors were dirty, the kitchen areas had visible, crusted-on food residue, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The overall condition and smell of the rooms made the stay extremely uncomfortable.
In addition, during our stay, we were made aware of ongoing concerns in the area related to activity at the hotel, including frequent disturbances and police presence. This raised serious concerns about safety and the type of environment being maintained at the property.
Overall, this experience was disappointing and surprising given the Marriott name. Significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and oversight are needed before I would consider staying here again.

Rooms are nice but only a tiny garbage can in the room with a kitchen! Staff was not helpful with issues with my reservation.

My room was dirty in area the bathroom had stuff on the wall.i was so tired I did feel like asking for another room it's was on of those days.so I clean it up an tryed to enjoy my stay with my family.sink parts falling of an the doors to the cabinets was all off lined an half clean

Still lacking upgrades

The outside of the building photos and actual were nice. But, when I came to my room exhausted, I sat on the office chair to work and it was soaking wet. The floor had ceiling falling particles and wet. Crumbs all over the floor. Changed rooms to find out they have a water issue. Next room windows didn’t shut so had loud whistling. Changed a room again to one the housekeeping lady said she cleaned personally to find mento mint under the bed. Being changed three times I just couldn’t do it. Learned later this hotel usually houses displaced people. Which that isn’t a problem. The issue is old hotel w an attempt to upgrade but they forget carpeting in the is not good, windows lack functionality. So updated still needed to make it a good location. Very NICE check in staff and housekeeping director tried her best which is important. Just for me third time and room issues in a suite didn’t make it for me. Other hotels in the area. Looked at courtyard that was close but no cars there and looked abandoned so don’t head that way either. Go north.
