The staff was awesome! Very professional and very kind and considerate folks. The premises and the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The rate was especially wonderful, awful and I really enjoyed my stay there. The only downside was that the continental breakfast was a little thin and some of the conventional items were not available. But overall I had a positive experience and I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

Staff was never there when I checked in or out. Never was able to catch breakfast between 6am and 9am. Room
Was alright. Nothing special, definitely aging. The bed was the worst. Wife and I laid down to sleep
And we both rolled to the middle of the crappy bed. If I had to choose I would pay the extra money for a better place to sleep.

They were redoing some of the rooms - so there were large furniture items in the hallway as they moved them out.

Breakfast was almost gone one morning by 8 AM. I pointed out to the person that I had taken the last biscuit and there was little gravy left. She said if she makes more they will just eat it. She said they stopped buying juice for their machine because it was too expensive and people just drink juice like it’s water. They did have Sunny D in their refrigerator.
My daughter’s bed had a blanket that had dead gnats or something on it.
No plugs for the drains in the sink or bathtub.
In room refrigerator froze everything.
The dresser drawers had not been cleaned out, and there was packaging materials inside, including A instant oatmeal packet
A companion in a different room said his chair in bed were covered with dog hair, and there was dog food in his bed. he did sheets had been changed.
This was our third year at the hotel. Their breakfast was always outstanding, and they used to have freshly baked cookies every afternoon. It seemed this year like we were an inconvenience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready at check-in . The room was fairly clean however one of the beds had dirty linens. We choose this property for the hot tub and breakfast. The hot tub was not working and there were barely any breakfast items!
