Great place to stay, close to National and State Parks. Right off Flathead Lake, walking distance to restaurants. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchenette with sink refrigerator and microwave. Offered complimentary ice and firewood, but now was available. The manager came within minutes of a phone call that the refrigerator was not working, it blew a breaker and was cleaned up quickly. Owner called me back quickly as I didn't know what room we were staying in, that was because Hotels.com who we booked through did not provide them an email or phone # to contact me with that information. Would stay there again. The landscaping could use some cleaning up, lots of overgrown grass and weeds.

Buyer Beware
Style was appealing online. Looked forward to relaxing with a beautiful view of the lake. The first impression was good - we loved the décor. Moving in, we begin to notice a complete lack of housekeeping standards, especially in the bathroom and sink area. After contacting the manager, he immediately responded by buying us dinner and re-cleaning the room. On our return we were greeted with the still dirty ice bucket, coffee maker and toothpaste splattered mirror.
The seating area outside the office, which was initially appealing because of the lake view, was littered with dozens of cigarette butts, and multiple pairs of shoes, etc. Chairs were broken and plantings overgrown or dead. The was no beach access across the street. We bought some Windex and left a day early.
We are on an extended road trip and this was our first negative experience out of 15 stays. They seem to want to do well but they lack the training to achieve the level of basic expectations.

nice location
This was a nice places to stay and met all our needs. The staff were responsive to our requests, except when I texted that our plane was delayed so we were not getting in until after 11pm. It would have been helpful to have left the outside light on for our unit so we could find it without disturbing anyone.

The room had not been cleaned before we arrived. I hope at least the sheets had been changed. Upon arrival we had a dirty towel and robe in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and no soap in the soap dispenser. I asked the guy cleaning next door for supplies. Later when I went to make coffee, I found old coffee and grounds in the pot. The robe that was hanging up had many stains on it and there was so much dust behind the television.
