Exceptional service and minimalist aesthetic
Our stay at Kozmo Residences Budapest was exceptional from beginning to end. The level of hospitality was outstanding, and every member of staff—including the manager—went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The apartment was the highlight of our stay: impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with a minimalist aesthetic that we absolutely loved.
From our arrival and dining experience at the restaurant to all the other services provided throughout our stay.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Budapest.

We had an all-around successful stay and can recommend this accommodation without reservation.
The apartment was beautiful, modernly furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. The beds were incredibly comfortable – we slept excellently.
A special thank you for the upgrade to an apartment with a roof terrace. We were very happy about that – the apartment was simply dreamlike.
The breakfast at the hotel was rich, varied, and very delicious. The location is ideal: You can reach the tram in a few minutes on foot, and buses also depart directly in front of the accommodation. Nevertheless, the area is pleasantly quiet.
A very special compliment goes to the manager and the entire team. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful. Everything was perfect for us – therefore, we give it 10 out of 10 points. We would love to come back!

amazing stay pus good value.
i stayed in the 60m2 room suite. 2 bathrooms, a great suberb living room.
the bedroom was really fantastic . nice spacious furniture.a good equipped kitchen.
the whole property is very clean and in great"shape",
I had so far 15 different 4/5 star hotel stays in budapest: this is defitntly one of the best value you can get .very well managed, a specai thanks to "Sandor"the manager for the early check inn and passionate talk about hotels also to the housemaid who did everything for a earlier check inn."mabuhuay"
nearby you can find metrostation. it had no traffic noise in the night .
i would recommend to have the breakfast at the kozmo hotel which is in the same building, or check out the amazing spa at the kozmo hotel. both breakfast and spa you can get for a fair surcharge.
last but not least both "KOZMO properties",,,the Hotel or the residences so special.i stayed in both and the experience was outstanding.
so i m looking forward for my 4th visit to budapest in 2025 , yes defintly i wanna come back for another stay.

Terrible experience
We were guests at the Cozmo Residences from January 2nd to January 5th. For the first two nights, we were unable to get any rest because the sofa bed, intended for our children, was so noisy and uncomfortable that it was impossible to sleep on. As a result, the children had to sleep in the main bed with us, which is not designed for four people.
After the second night, we complained about the sofa and stated our intention to check out early. The hotel staff apologized and assured us that we would receive a refund for the final night, including breakfast and parking. We were told that the refund was processed on the spot during checkout.
Two weeks later, the funds had still not reached our account. We contacted the hotel for clarification; our first email was ignored, and the response to our second email was a vague apology claiming they 'didn't know' what happened with the transaction. After a few more exchanges, the hotel stopped responding entirely.
This level of unprofessionalism is shocking for a 5-star establishment. We travel frequently and have never experienced anything like this. Furthermore, the reception was almost always unattended, allowing anyone to enter the hotel. There is no guest protection, and the security level is unacceptably low.
This hotel does not justify its 5-star rating, and such treatment of guests would be unacceptable even in unrated accommodations. We would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
