Overnight pit stop

Not so easy to find, but luckily we did find this place.
Came late in the evening & got greeted buy one of the most amazing human beings we've came across.
Little bit expensive, but when you've droven for hours straight, rain is pouring down & traffic is crazy & you're having a hard time staying clear behind the steering wheel it doesn't matter if it cost little bit more. It was really worth it.
Especially when you haven't booked anything in advanced or have a reservation. We really took a chance with getting any rooms.
Really clean rooms, clean everywhere for that matter.
Nice, big rooms with ac, tv, fridge etc.
Breakfast is included in the price, great coffee from a proper espresso machine, the breakfast portions are generous. You don't leave the place hungry, that's for sure.
But best of all was the service. The woman in the reception, don't know her name, but that woman is amazing. Her service level was sky high, always a smile on her lips, really kind & helpful. She was so warm & took such a good care of everyone. She's the one who made this over night stay so much better. A real gem, who deserves all the compliments there is.
Only downside may be the bed mattress, little bit hard. But it's like that in eastern Europe. Beds don't have Scandinavian standard ;P . So basically not an issue if you already know that beds in eastern Europe is a mattress & nothing more. It's still a bed to sleep in wich is amazing after a whole day on the road & you have really clean & soft sheets.
I can really recommend this place for a overnight stay when you're on the road.

Perfect Hotel on the Highway

We were there for one night. We booked double room. The room was normal ( not too big, not too small). Also there are a lot of space to leave your luggage. Everywhere was clean. We had a breakfast, but we didn't get it, because we checked out early. Anyway we took coffees free of charge.So i think the hotel is good if you would like to stay for one-two nights. Also staff is friendly.

Bad Motel branded as Hotel

Used this hotel for a one night rest while in transit on the highway.
Location was decent and I was not in the mood to loose 30 min to one hour to enter Budapest, search for the address and maybe a parking place.
I specifically asked for a room on the other side of the highway and even if they assured me it will be arranged, this did not happen.
I found this out only after I paid and got upstairs with my luggage.
They could not change the room because all the other rooms were already taken (so they say).
Further more, the room is way below described standards:
- noisy if you get a room on the side with the highway (especially after 06:30 am)
- little to no upkeep: rusted tap, paint falling off the walls, stains on the carpet (see pictures)
- Internet was not working more than 5 min without interruption
- TV had no remote and no more than 20 working channels (really ... in 2018 I had to change channels from the box). TV was positioned very odd at 90 degrees to the bed ... so you could not really watch it while lying in bed
- very poor breakfast with horrible coffee
- staff was un-proffesional / unprepared. I arrived there and the receptionist said they have to call for someone; I had to wait for 5 min until someone else came to give me my room. after I complained about the room and asked to change it, again: "please wait to call the lady" and another 5 min gone with zero result as they did nothing to change my room. It was already paid and I was tired and not able to drive much further.
If you care about your rest and safety in traffic the next day, avoid this hotel at all cost.

Perfect stay

I just spent one night there, on my way to Bratislava after a day in Budapest.
Room is small but enough. Bed is super comfy! Staff is nice.
THE breakfast was included with different choices and really good.
You don't really hear the highway while you're so close!
Anyway that was awesome for the night.
Just the wifi didn't work.

Nice clean hotel

It's a good place to stay. The only thing is that it's a bit too far from Budapest. We were looking for a hotel the last moment so this option was fair for us as the price is very good. The rooms were very clean, welcoming staff, actually we were very satisfied with the choice. We had a car with us so it was also good option for us as we did not need to pay for the parking (in city centre, for instance, we would need to pay for it and moreover it's quite hard to find a parking slot there).
