The Ambelokipi Hotel
Very good hotel, very clean.
The staff is pleasant (well, it depends on which ones) the language barrier is a bit complex because they speak English very quickly, so it’s a bit complicated.
The room was great.
Just the beds where we requested a double bed and we got two single beds.
Positive point: we have water bottles in our rooms and on each floor, there is a water fountain, and that’s great!
The pool is very refreshing, so during hot weather, it’s very pleasant.
The breakfast: excellent! In this case, there are plenty of choices!
The hotel is very well located because we have the subway nearby.

Clean Hotel. Excellent stay.
I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife, and overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience.
The staff was consistently polite, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The reception team in particular provided us with accurate and useful information whenever we needed guidance, which made everything much easier and more enjoyable.
The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day. However, I would suggest that the hotel improves the information provided on its website regarding the use of the swimming pool, as clearer details in advance would be very helpful for guests.
One aspect that truly stood out was the exceptional cleanliness. Both our room and all common areas were maintained to a very high standard, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed at all times. I would also like to make a special mention of the Housekeeping Supervisor, who was incredibly attentive and responsive to any request we had, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and professionally.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

It distinguishes the staff.
Our stay at the hotel was very good. It is our first choice when we arrive in Athens. The staff excellent, the location is ideal for both the courts of Athens and the center. Once again we were very satisfied.

Good value for money and excellent service!
Pretty excellent hotel in the centre of Athens with a very high level of service and really good food from Mavili Beach Cafe/Restaurant, at reasonable prices, especially considering that it is a hotel stay. Room service is free and works impeccably, which is a big plus.
The rooms are not completely up to date, but work fine. However, I would definitely recommend choosing the upgraded rooms, the suites, the price difference is small, but the value is much larger.
The buffet breakfast is excellent without being sparkling, that's what you need, but not much more. One tip is to get up a little early to avoid the queue that typically occurs later. Breakfast is served until 11:00, which is very flexible.
The rooftop terrace is really cozy with a small pool, which can be used, but is probably mostly for decoration. There are both sunbeds and cabanas, which can be used against payment, understood as a minimum consumption in the bar or restaurant, which is quite fair and very normal on these edges.
However, I highly recommend that the hotel introduces time slots, so that more guests can enjoy the terrace. As it is now, you can in principle book a cabana or sun bed early in the morning and keep it all day – which means other guests often go in vain, several times in a row.
One solution could be a booking system with a deposit for e.g. 2.5–3.5 hours at a time, or to include a number of hours of access for the more expensive room types, so you also get a little VIP treatment. Many choose the hotel because of the pool area, so it is unfortunate that in practice it is often the same guests who “run with” the seats.
Overall a really good stay with a level of service and a hospitality that many other hotels could learn from.
