Best hotel of Athene !!

Everything was perfect! The room, the food, and the staff were all top-notch. The rooftop restaurant Zale is the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at, maybe even ever! The view of the city was fantastic.

Amazing stay!

An unexpected great stay in this wonderful hotel. The room is descent. Location is good, close to bus stops and metro station. And special thanks to Receptionist Foteini, who’s very warm hearted and carding for clients, and did me a great favor. And special thanks to staff Agni and Eleni who did a great job as well. Don’t forget to try their LATTE, the best one ever of my Mediterranean trip this time.

Be Careful with Your Belongings

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. The rooms and facilities are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Up until the last day, I had a very pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, one incident completely overshadowed the experience. After housekeeping serviced my room, my shopping bag containing a brand-new pair of shoes (still in the box) and my tax-free refund documents disappeared. The bag had been placed underneath the table, not in or near the trash bin. I was told that housekeeping had mistaken it for garbage and thrown it away. I cannot say what actually happened, but losing personal belongings in this way was extremely upsetting and significantly affected my stay.
To the hotel’s credit, they refunded me for the cost of the shoes, which I appreciated. However, the situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I still believe this is a good hotel with excellent staff and accommodations, but I would advise future guests to be extra careful with any shopping bags or personal belongings left in their rooms, as this unfortunate incident shows that mistakes can happen.

Well worth it

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Athens, including the Marriott (and much cheaper)!
Stunning rooms, nice staff, great location for walking to Plaka and Acropolis surrounds.
Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Always a pleasure staying at Heritage Hill Hotel. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and the hotel is in great shape and condition.
