Seaq View

Probably from a room above the fifth floor you could see the ocean? Unfortunately, on the fourth-floor yard, they couldn't see it; the 45 rooms weren't too large; the bathroom was too small; the 45 rooms were too difficult to control the temperature of the shower; the water in the sink was so strong that it would splatter; the 45 rooms were too weak; the 45 rooms were too large, the 45 rooms were too small, the 45 rooms were too small, the 45 rooms were too small to control the temperature of the shower; the 45 rooms were too small, the 45 rooms were too small, the 45 rooms were too small to control the temperature of the shower; the 45 rooms were too small, and the 45 rooms were too small to control the water, and the 45 rooms were too large to control the water; the shower; the 45 rooms, the 45 rooms were too small, the 45 rooms, the 45 rooms were too small; the 45 rooms; the 45 rooms were too small; the 45 rooms; the 45 rooms were too small; the 45 rooms; the shower was too small; the 45 rooms; the hand shower, in particular, too useless.
Breakfast is delicious, forehand. I don't think it'll happen again.

Dear YasuK_12,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We appreciate your comments regarding your stay and are pleased to know that you enjoyed our breakfast. We also take note of your observations regarding the room, bathroom, and shower facilities, as guest feedback helps us identify areas where improvements may be considered.
Regarding the sea view, it can indeed vary depending on the room location and floor level, with some upper-floor rooms offering a more open view towards the sea.
Thank you once again for your visit and for sharing your experience with us.

Short Fab Athens stay

We stayed for one night 29th -30th. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and price.
I have to say I was more than satisfied. I can only describe this hotel as modern, quirky and a bit kitsch.
Absolutely clean, room was modern large balcony great bathroom.
The breakfast was AMAZING, so much choice and fresh delicious ( see my video).
Local area seems great from what we saw, cafes shops restaurant if you walk a short distance.
The only disappointment was I thought there was a beach we could visit opposite. Turns out there is an exclusive resort which has monopolised the beach area opposite, with a huge wall which seems like it stretches for at least 1km. Once you manage to walk and reach the end of this wall, there is a beach area, although not one you’d necessarily want to lay on.
I can’t comment on transport links, distance into city as it was a short stop over as part of our trip. You can park on the road within the neighbourhood, the hotel has 6 free spaces outside based on first come first serve,
The pool area seems lovely, we didn’t use the pool. Nice area to sit outside hotel.
Finally staff are so friendly, all of them. That’s when I give 5 stars reviews for great service and cleanliness/ hygiene. If I were to visit Athens again I would stay here again.

We are delighted to know that you had such an enjoyable experience with us and that our hotel. Your kind words mean a great deal to our entire team.
Regarding the beach access, the area opposite the hotel includes private beachfront sections, however there are also public beach areas within walking distance for guests who wish to enjoy the sea.
We truly appreciate your recommendation and are happy to know that you would choose to stay with us again on a future visit to Athens.

Great five night break.

Have just returned from a five night break at this lovely hotel, and would happily recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in this area. The staff were all very friendly whilst providing excellent service to my wife and myself, our room was kept spotlessly clean by the excellent house keeping team. We had breakfast every morning and lunch by the pool several days and found the food all be delicious.
To sum up we had a excellent stay and are looking forward to returning in the future, thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful.

A good boutique hotel near to Athens

Lovely little boutique hotel with fabulous staff and great food. Great restaurants also within a short walk. Situated not far from the coast but unfortunately the part of the beach nearest the hotel was sectioned off to allow for a private hotel and beach club to operate. There was a public beach about 10 minutes walk away. The hotel was situated near to a main road so was quite noisy during the day and night. The oddest thing about the hotel was that the pool area was completely out of bounds until 11am, something I have never experienced in any hotel I have stayed in. By 3pm the pool was completely in shade, so pool time (which is important to us) was impacted. Overall we would return if we were coming back to Athens.

Ok

Mostly helpful staff but unlike last year they didn’t make it clear the pool didn’t open until 11. Hotel is well maintained but you had to ask for shower caps etc. Walls thin and you can hear what is going on next door and what is going in the corridor. No bathrobes and not cheap and a little too overpriced for what they offer. Last year no restrictions when one can use the pool, this year it didn’t open until 11am which annoyed many guests. When I asked reception the man said it had been the case last year until I pointed out that if it had been I wouldn’t have returned this year. Woman by the pool distinctly short. Breakfast ok. Will probably not return

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are pleased to know that you found our hotel well maintained and that most of our team were helpful during your stay.
We would like to clarify that our pool opening hours have been in place for several years and are part of our standard operating schedule. We are sorry to read that this caused disappointment during your visit.
Regarding in-room amenities such as shower caps, these are always available upon request from reception. We have also noted your comments regarding sound insulation, breakfast, and the overall value of your stay, as guest feedback is always important to us and helps us continue improving.
Thank you again for your comments.
