We had another wonderful stay at The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino. It remains one of our favourite destinations for a family holiday, with excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings and consistently high standards of service.
What really makes the difference, however, is the people. A very special thank you to Varvara Papanikolopoulou, whose exceptional hospitality, kindness and personal attention made our stay even more memorable. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure that our family was comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. Kids club is also exceptional with great teachers!
This level of personal care is one of the main reasons we keep returning to Costa Navarino. Many thanks to Varvara and the entire Westin team for another excellent experience.
We will definitely be back!

Negligence, dirty food, infection
While I wanted to leave a positive review, unfortunately our trip ended on a very bad note. My hands were badly injured after a manicure, with 5 nails bleeding. The photos I When I said this is not working and I’m in a lot of pain I was told to wait for someone to fix it, the new technician came and opened the skin of a nail bed that was already injured by the prior tech. I was crying at this point. I receive regular manicures and I understand that sometimes a piece of skin can get torn. But this was professional negligence. My hands were not creamed or put in water or moisturized at all before they began, which meant they were dry. When I was bleeding I had to ask multiple times for alcohol to sanitize it. When I shared this poor experience with the front desk at the spa they said thanks for the feedback but did not say sorry. When I went to get antibiotic ointment at the pharmacy on site the hours posted on all of their doors were not right and it was unclear when they would return. When I reported this incident to the front desk in the lobby of the Westin they were unable to provide me with any response for over 24 hours, stating that they were still discussing on the back end. It’s been two days and my hands are in pain whenever I want to wash my hands or shower. Because of the botched appointment, I couldn’t go back to pick up my son and my husband had to cancel a very important work meeting to take care of our son. The entire day was ruined. Now my finger is also infected. On top of this, we found hair in our food two days in a row at the breakfast buffet, and for two other dinners at Nargille they forgot to put in our appetizers, which they informed us only after the main course arrived. The property is beautiful but the staff are not well trained. I would not return here ever again.

Best family vacation!
We came back from our 14th consecutive year of family vacation at costa Navarino! Every year it gets better and better with great food, beach swimming pool activities and accommodation. Great food at Onuki restaurant and amazing breakfast at Morias with Angelos (Dimopoulos) being there for us every year to serve and treat everyone as a friend and the surprising this year hostess Maria Vikatou! Hope to see everyone next year again!

Amazing
I went with my two kids, 9 and 11 and stayed on points through the Marriott Bonvoy app. We went for five days and stayed in room 4936 which had a lovely view of the sea. The room was clean comfortable and well located right next to the water park and near the breakfast at Marais.
The waterpark was great fun, beaches and waves excellent, the boys did some windsurfing with harry and that was well worth it.
They did golf lessons and we even did a trip out the hotel to go snorkelling at an underwater shipwreck in the north near Prati island. Very fun
Restaurants- flame, good food lovely views
Onuki- best for sunsets, excellent food
Da Mario- not for me, no view and the food was ok
Barbouni lunches- amazing view and great food
We enjoyed going to the Mandaein Oriental beach club for the day on extra charges, and also we tried the marina there next door for dinner/ lovely sunsets
We also went to see DMC magician at MO and ate at the sunset bar there on the first night- amazing show, amazing hotel.
Also recommend the bar at Romania with the sunsets opposite the lounge with pool tables.
We would come back, give the whole stay was on points I was really happy with everything.
Thank you to the staff who are all so kind and helpful.

An amazing one-week stay with my husband and daughter.
We had heard so many wonderful things from friends who have been visiting the resort with their children, and it truly lived up to our expectations. It is the perfect place to relax as everything is within walking distance - no car needed. From the beautiful beach and different pools to the Kids’ Club, Aqua Park and the many activities taking place daily, there is always something to enjoy. Magician shows, cooking lessons, golf lessons… the list goes on!
The staff throughout the resort were extremely kind, friendly and professional, and the restaurants were all outstanding - although Onuki was probably our favourite.
A very special mention goes to Sofia, our Guest Experience Agent, who welcomed us upon arrival and was exceptional throughout our stay. And our warmest thanks to Manolis, one of the waiters at the Lagoon Pool, whose kindness and wonderful service made our holiday even more special.
