Príjemné prekvapenie

Príjemne lokalizovaný a milý hotel za veľmi dobrú cenu (cca 450 na 7 dní - 2 dospelí a 3 ročné dieťa). Izba čistá, pravidelné upratovanie a výmena uterákov s posteľnou bielizňou zabezpečená, denné vynášanie smetí. Wifi bez problému, kuchynka postačuje, chladnička, varná konvica a mikrovlnka. Treba si dať pozor na výber izby, bezbariérové sú 106 - 108, inak na nachodíte po schodoch. Prístup priamo do centra Neos Marmaras, Lidl do 3 min. autom. Platili sme vopred a "stuff" sme videli v podstate len pri prebraní si potvrdenia o zaplatení a pri odovzdaní kľúčov na konci pobytu. Recepcia funguje 11:00 - 15:00, ale nie je tam ani čo hľadať. Hotel má plážový bar s lehátkami na peknom mieste, cca 10 minút peši, ale je to pekná prechádzka mestom, nikdy nám to nevadilo ;). Odporúčam. Len dôraz - treba sa pýtať, ako je lokalizovaná izba. Hotel je na svahu.

Strong complaints and inappropriate description

We've entered to take advantage of the plan of this hotel. 2 sunbeds and an umbrella were said to be €10. We accepted and signed in. A woman with a very sharp face and rude face forced us to order before half an hour. Even though my friend said he wanted a drink after he got into the sea, the woman got angry and said he had to place an order throwing the menu. We said green coffee. My sweet coffee without asking... Then he asked for cash for sunbeds and coffee. They did not initially accept cards without a written or verbal explanation....

Nice accommodation with poor refrigeration

Everything was fine except the air conditioner which was open all night at 18 degrees and made cooling worse than a fan.
If you exclude the issue of cooling the accommodation was fine, clean, in a very good location and with renovated bathroom.

Avoid at all costs

Aggressive management. We had daily verbal abuse against us and had a big portion of our clothes stolen. We requested a footage of the cameras but they were conveniently not working. Worst experience of my life

Bad choice

The hotel all around is old and pricey for what it provides. The service was bad and the rooms were poorly maintained . The biggest problem was that there was no hot water to take a shower in the evening. Also we were told only a day before arrival that breakfast is served 1.3 km away from the hotel
