Noisy and moldy
Unfortunately, my stay at Barti's Breeze in Perama on Corfu did not meet my expectations. The staff seemed mostly unfriendly and not particularly service-oriented to me. In the room, I discovered spots that appeared to me to be mold. Additionally, the accommodation is located directly on a heavily trafficked road and near the airport. As a result, it was often quite loud during my stay, both from the traffic and from airplane noise. Anyone who places particular value on peace should consider the location when booking. My personal experiences were overall rather disappointing. Parking options were also very limited. Well, at least it is close to Corfu Town, but the area has little to offer in terms of restaurants, etc.

Dissapointing
So I booked this place for two of my builders for a property i am selling on the island. Apparently the advert mentioned somewhere but I didnt notice that it doesnt have a bathroom and therefore is shared with another room. However I didnt see this and left a review on booking that I thought it wasnt a great thing and shouldnt be allowed in 2025. I also mentioned that my builder (confirmed witness) said the lady there mentioned if he was not happy she could move him. The next day he agreed but she had sold the room to someone else. He left a night early and I paid for another place at similar price. She then contacted me on whatsapp. At first polite but when i stated that this was my opinion she became hostile and threatened to take me to court. I said good luck as I live in Dubai. I since checked with a lawyer and this is a review without prejudice and a fair representation of my opinion of what happened. The owner since messaged me from a second number and I blocked both due to the harassment. It could have been a simple solution if the owner had not listened. I merely stated I think she should write in CAPITAL LETTERS clearly in more than one place as I am sure I am not the only person who was left dissapointed. She claimed it was the cheapest but a quick search on booking prooved that wrong. Just didnt feel fair to me and the reaction after my initial review was disturbing to say the least. I deleted it and reworded it clearer on here so there is nothing left unclear.

They have to invest in bathrooms and quality in general I am very objective in my reviews!
The location is definitely a strong point. The hotel is in a convenient area, but unfortunately parking is a problem.
Unfortunately, my judgment is strongly influenced by the experience with the bathroom. Conditions were really below expectations. The space is incredibly cramped and narrow, making its use uncomfortable and not very functional. To make matters worse, the shower phone was completely unusable, as it could not be fixed to the wall, forcing me to hold it in my hand for the duration of the shower. I also found the synthetic carpet very unpleasant and unhygienic.
Apart from that, the overall ambience of the hotel has been taken care of quite roughly, with little attention to detail making the atmosphere unwelcoming.
In conclusion, although the location is good the conditions of the bathroom and the little general care do not justify the price of the stay. MUST INVEST IN THE BATHROOMS AND NOT ONLY!

Great Value For Money
Really enjoyable stay and great value for money.I noticed other complexes in the area Ive stayed before are putting their prices up but Batis was very reasonable so luckily I booked here.
Check in is made easy by the owner
Room is typically greek,double bed nice matress and fantastic top quality pillows.Fridge,TV,Free Aircon and a plug in mosquito gizmo.Bottles of water and kettle.
Great view of Mouse island from the balcony
Fresh towels and bed turned over every day
Cafe with great area to relax(it is beside the road but that didnt bother us)
Fantastic toastie sandwiches ,beer tea coffee etc
Owner is really nice and helpful
ATM & bus stop(No6) about 100m away
Supermarket 10 min walk
Various bars and resturants in Perama close by and more if you walk over to Kanoni via the causeway
Enjoyed my few days here watching the planes land and it was so relaxing Im already looking forward to returning
